The owner reports that polyuria, polydipsia, and polyphagia have improved only minimally. The dog has lost further weight and recently developed intermittent lethargy. The owner admits difficulty maintaining consistent feeding and insulin timing. Physical examination reveals poor body condition (BCS 2/9) and mild dehydration.
